How Do I Complete The McDVOICE Survey?
To participate in the McDVOICE satisfaction survey, follow these steps:
- Start the McDVOICE survey by visiting the official website www.mcdvoice.com.
- Choose English or Spanish.
- Write the 26-digit “McDVOICE Claim Code” printed on top of the McDonald’s receipt. All 5-digit fields must be completed. Do not include the “-” symbol.
- If your receipt does not include a printed survey code, click the blue link on the home page and include the restaurant number, KS number, date of visit, time of visit, order, and Total cost. Then click “Start”.
- The satisfaction survey begins. Expect to be asked about the quality of the food, the service, and the attitude of the McDonalds staff, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.
- Answer all questions and click Submit.
- Once the survey is complete, a survey validation code will appear on the screen.
- It’s important to write your search validation code or take a screenshot because you can’t go back. Then write the validation code in the “Validation Code” field on your receipt before redeeming your coupon at a Mcdonald’s. The receipt is now a valid coupon.
