  • The invoice code is only valid for one month from the date of purchase at McDonald’s.
  • You cannot participate in more than five McDVOICE surveys per month.
  • When you visit McDonald’s, you can only redeem a McDVOICE survey voucher.
  • You will not receive any research grants. You must visit one of the McDonald’s locations to receive the survey prizes.
